preventative Maintenance – Metro Air Compressor offers different levels of preventative and predictive maintenance to all of our valued customers. We work with our customers from offering services on an as needed basis in TEAM CARE all the way to TOTAL CARE where we take care of your compressors for one fixed fee!

Emergency Response Service – Metro Air Compressor Service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to support our valued customers. Just call (800)835-2820 and ask for service. Every service technician is equipped with a service vehicle fully stocked with parts and analysis tools to resolve most fault conditions.

Emergency Rental Delivery Service – Call (800)835-2820 and we can get a rental unit out to you today. If you need it short term or long term, we have the rental that you need.

TEAM CARE SERVICE – Designed for those customers who prefer to procure the materials and perform their own equipment service. Metro Air Compressor will train facility personnel, provide technical assistance when needed and agrees to be available 24/7 for emergency service. We will also offer parts and preventative maintenance service on a time and material basis.

PREFERRED CARE SERVICE – Why pay a different price every time preventative maintenance is due, we will do it all for the same price every time which allows you to budget better.

Under the Preferred Care Preventative Maintenance Agreement you will:

  • Be contacted prior to the next service due date, based on your historical usage.
  • Be provided with 24-hour service, 7 days a week at a reduced labor rate.
  • Receive a comprehensive written report on the compressors, attached ancillary equipment and general environmental conditions that will impact the life of the equipment.
  • Have access to historical information as you may require.
This program provides a fixed cost on identified works for a period of twelve months; this enables you to budget for this period on preventative routine works.

TOTAL CARE SERVICE – Is designed for Companies looking to completely outsource the service on their equipment for a single monthly fee.

Under the Total Care Preventative Maintenance Agreement you will:

  • Be contacted prior to the next service due date, based on your historical usage.
  • Cover all aspects of the compressor for one fixed monthly, quarterly, or yearly cost.
  • We will provide a 24-hour service, 7 days a week at a reduced labor rate.
  • Receive a comprehensive written report on the compressors, attached ancillary equipment and general environmental conditions that will impact the live of the equipment.
  • Maintenance of historical information is available as you may require.
This program provides a fixed cost for your compressed air system, we cover all the components of the compressor from the time it is installed through the first five years for parts and labor and the air end for the first ten years as long as you are part of this Agreement. This is the same as having a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty and a 10 year air end warranty! No one else offers this great service.
